Rio Ferdinand will be absent

Latch Manchester United Rio Ferdinand will be absent from the gridiron during the month due to a thigh injury.

The former Leeds United player has been absent in the initial fight two Premier League 2009/2010 season due to injury to thigh.

And according to MU coach Sir Alex Ferguson after the scan results come out when Ferdinand will be absent up to a month. "Rio absent for three to four weeks," said Ferguson.

Thus the absent Ferdinand will also defend the British national team in the important fight Qualifications World Cup 2010 European zone against Croatia in September to come.

Fortunately Ferguson may have been lower latch when Nemanja Vidic MU visit to Wigan Athletic headquarters next weekend.
